Timothy Arcuri, managing director, joined the firm in October 2012 and covers the semiconductor and semiconductor equipment sectors. He has been named to Institutional Investor's All-America Research Team the past eight years. Before joining Cowen and Company, Mr. Arcuri was an analyst with Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities and SG Cowen Securities. Prior to working on Wall Street, he had experience in Product Design, Business Development, and Sales/Marketing for the Electronics Division of Air Liquide Group and ABB Lummus Global, part of the engineering conglomerate Asea Brown Boveri. Mr. Arcuri holds a patent in the U.S., and has done consulting work for environmental issues related to the semiconductor industry. He received a bachelor's in chemical engineering, cum laude, from Villanova University.

John Blackledge is a director and senior research analyst who covers the Internet and new media sector. Prior to joining Cowen and Company in August 2012, Mr. Blackledge was a vice president covering Internet stocks at Credit Suisse for more than three years. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Mr. Blackledge spent six years at J.P.Morgan, where he was a vice president covering the entertainment, broadcasting, and cable/DBS sectors before assuming research coverage of the radio, TV, and outdoor stocks. Earlier in his career, he held positions at ABN AMRO, CIBC and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Blackledge has a BS degree with a major in accounting from Georgetown University.

Peter Goldmacher is a managing director and senior research analyst. He joined Cowen and Company in 2004 and has experience working in the computer industry as well as on Wall Street. He started his career at Oracle, working for six years in a variety of departments including sales ops, consulting, marketing and finance, and he has also worked at BMC Software as director, corporate planning and strategy. Mr. Goldmacher had a brief stint at a start-up company called Callidus Software before joining Merrill Lynch as a research analyst in 1999, where he covered core technology as well as backed up the lead analyst on the large-cap, infrastructure, and apps software names. Just prior to joining Cowen, Mr. Goldmacher was senior software analyst at IRG Research, a subsidiary of TheStreet.com. He holds a BA in political science from the University of Colorado.

Moshe Katri is a managing director and senior research analyst. He joined Cowen and Company in 1999 as the lead analyst in the computer services sector. His coverage includes diversified and specialized outsourcing, consulting, and systems integration vendors. Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. Katri was an executive director at Warburg Dillon Read LLC, where he led the research effort in IT services. He received a BS, finance and information systems, an MBA, international business, and is an MA candidate in French politics, all from New York University.

Kevin Kopelman is a director and research analyst covering the online travel and mid-cap Internet sectors at Cowen and Company. He joined the firm in 2006 and has specialized in e-commerce, online travel, online advertising, and online media companies. Gregg Moskowitz is a managing director and senior research analyst specializing in the infrastructure software industry. Before joining Cowen and Company in February 2010, Mr. Moskowitz was a senior software analyst for Auriga. Prior to that, Mr. Moskowitz was a senior technology analyst for Level Global Investors. He also spent seven years covering software companies for Susquehanna International Group and UBS. Mr. Moskowitz began his career with Arthur Andersen in tax accounting. He earned a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MBA with distinction from the Stern School of Business. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a CPA.

Rob Stone is a managing director and senior research analyst covering alternative energy, digital media, and electronic equipment. He joined Cowen and Company in 1992, and is a six-year winner in The Wall Street Journal Best on the Street survey. Mr. Stone has more than 10 years of broad-based industry experience in high-tech and medical products manufacturing, sales and marketing, and PC systems applications and integration.
