| Matthew Hoffman Managing Director (617) 946-3936 matthew.hoffman@cowen.com Matthew Hoffman joined Cowen in February 2006, as a Senior Research Analyst covering the wireless equipment industry. Prior to joining Cowen, he spent a year at Moors & Cabot and six years at SoundView Technology Group/Schwab SoundView, where he was ranked by Institutional Investor as a top 10 analyst in the wireless telecommunications equipment space. Prior to joining SoundView, Mr. Hoffman led Gartner Dataquests Americas mobile phone/infrastructure research team. Mr. Hoffman began his career in the wireless industry with three years at Ericsson, first leading the companys American Standards global mobile phone market analysis and product research teams, and then later managing marketing for Ericssons Wireless Internet group. Prior to that, he worked in equity research at Tucker Anthony and Advest, where he covered enterprise software. | Colby Synesael Director (646) 562-1355 colby.synesael@cowen.com Colby Synesael is a Director and Senior Research Analyst specializing in the telecom and data services industries. Mr. Synesael has been covering the telecom and data services industry as a senior analyst since 2006. Prior to joining Cowen in March 2010, he was a senior vice president for Kaufman Brothers, and before that spent nearly three years in a similar role at Merriman Curhan Ford. From 2001 to January 2006, Mr. Synesael worked at Thomas Weisel Partners as a research associate, spending his last three years covering telecom services.
