Cowen and Company’s Leveraged Finance Group originates, structures and executes debt financings for designated corporate clientele and financial sponsor groups in the middle market throughout the United States and Europe.  Specializing in the Aerospace & Defense, Alternative Energy, Consumer, Health Care, and Technology sectors of the firm, we focus on non-investment grade, private bank loans, 2nd lien loans, and mezzanine loans with co-invested equity structures.  With an emphasis on combined capabilities with Cowen’s other product groups, leveraged finance professionals focus on delivering Cowen’s firm-wide capabilities in sector specialization and M&A for acquisition and growth financing.
