Aaron C. Hill Aaron C. Hill Managing Director Head of Telecommunications Investment Banking Mr. Hill is a Wall Street veteran, with over two decades of investment banking experience. He joined Cowen and Company in May 2007 as head of telecommunications investment banking after spending 16 years at UBS Investment Bank. At UBS, Mr. Hill was head of the competitive telecom banking practice, and there he executed over 50 transactions for competitive broadband providers, CLECs, data network services companies, VoIP providers, directories publishers, wireless companies, and communications infrastructure (hosting, interconnection, collocation, data center, and managed services) companies. Mr. Hill’s transaction experience includes financings, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring assignments. Prior to his long tenure at UBS, Mr. Hill worked at Wasserstein Perella & Co., Drexel Burnham Lambert, and The First Boston Corporation. Mr. Hill is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and Dartmouth College, where he sits on the Dartmouth President’s Leadership Council.
