Specializing in the Aerospace & Defense, Alternative Energy, Consumer, Health Care, and Technology sectors of the firm, we focus on non-investment grade, private bank loans, 2nd lien loans, and mezzanine loans with co-invested equity structures. With an emphasis on combined capabilities with Cowen’s other product groups, leveraged finance professionals focus on delivering Cowen’s firm-wide capabilities in sector specialization and M&A for acquisition and growth financing.
