David A. Ethridge Managing Director Head of Alternative Energy Group david.ethridge@cowen.com Mr. Ethridge is a Managing Director and Head of the Alternative Energy Group. He has worked for over seven years at Cowen and Company as a senior member of the Equity Capital Markets team and most recently as the Co-Head of the Private Equity Group responsible for privates, PIPEs, and RDs. He also has been responsible for creating and leading Cowen’s coverage of venture capital and leveraged buyout clients. Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. Ethridge worked for approximately nine years at J.P. Morgan and Bank of America in Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets focused on the Energy, Consumer Retail and Industrial sectors. During his career, he has executed a wide range of transactions including M&A, IPOs, Follow-ons, PIPEs, RDs, Convertibles, Exchangeables, Spin-offs and High Yield. Mr Ethridge holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College.

Bob Kilcullen Director robert.kilcullen@cowen.com Mr. Kilcullen joined Cowen and Company in 2000 and was involved in starting the firm’s Alternative Energy practice in 2004. He has executed over 20 alternative energy transactions, including 12 solar financings. Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. Kilcullen worked in the technology industry for six years, including three years as a systems engineer with IBM. He holds an M.B.A. from Cornell University and a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of San Francisco.
