Mr. O’Donoghue is Head of Equities for Cowen and Company and is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. Prior to joining Cowen in 2005, Mr. O’Donoghue was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Trading at CSFB. Prior to that, Mr. O’Donoghue was a Managing Director of Schroders PLC where he was also a member of the Global Equity Operating Committee.

Mr. O’Donoghue holds an Honors Degree in Economics from The Queen’s University of Belfast and also serves on the University’s Advisory Board.
