Simon K. Adamiyatt is a Vice Chairman-Investment Banking and Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Group at Cowen and Company. Mr. Adamiyatt has more than 20 years of experience providing strategic financial advice to domestic and international financial institutions and government enterprises. Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. Adamiyatt held senior leadership positions at several firms. He was Co-Head of FIG M&A at Lehman Brothers, Head of FIG in the Americas at UBS Warburg and in 2004 he joined as Head of FIG at Bear Stearns.

David Levy is an accomplished and seasoned investment banking professional with in-depth knowledge of the financial services sector. Over a 27 year career, Mr. Levy has provided strategic advisory and capital markets expertise to a wide range of global and domestic financial institutions. Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. Levy was a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns and spent 23 years at Citigroup Global Markets (and its predecessor firms). Over that span Mr. Levy acted as Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Department at Salomon Brothers and ran the Bank and Financial Services Group at Citigroup Global Markets.

Matthew Epstein is the Head of Financial Technology Investment Banking at Cowen. He enjoys more than 15 years experience working on a wide range of M&A and financing transactions. During his career, Mr. Epstein has advised on more than $50 billion in M&A and $3.5 billion in financing transactions, including Fiserv’s $4.4 billion acquisition of CheckFree, Digital Insight’s $1.4 billion sale to Intuit, and Providence Equity’s and The Carlyle Group’s joint $1.3 billion acquisition of Open Solutions. Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. Epstein served as SVP, Strategic Partnerships at Fiserv, Inc., and before that headed the financial technology investment banking practice at Merrill Lynch.

Francis Greco is a Managing Director of Depository and Specialty Finance Institutions at Cowen. Mr. Greco began his career within the financial institutions practice at Lehman Brothers during the mid-90s, having since garnered broad transaction experience across various industry sectors. In particular, he has spent considerable time in the execution of strategic advisory mandates for depository and specialty-finance clients. Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. Greco was a member of the FIG practice at Credit Suisse.
