Research clients include institutional investors such as mutual funds and corporate portfolio managers. Our analysts concentrate on the most dynamic industries and provide in-depth analysis of the sectors within each. This concentration enables them to develop a clear understanding of the complex issues and emerging trends in those sectors. New professionals begin in Research as research associates and are assigned to a two-five person team that specializes in an industry and a specific subsector of companies. Research associates develop information and perform analysis to support the work of equity analysts. Research associates and senior research analysts follow specific corporate clients by developing earnings projections, modeling corporate valuations, instituting buy/sell recommendations and providing other analyses and advice. |
