A key goal of our associate recruiting is the early identification of high potential summer associates. Based in New York, with a few positions in Boston and San Francisco, our program focuses on M.B.A.s between their first and second years. Summer associates spend twelve weeks in a product or corporate finance group, working with junior and senior bankers on a variety of client presentations and transactions.

Our program is distinguished from other firms by:

• Size: With about a dozen hires per year, the program is small enough to make your experience very personal, yet large enough to offer the positive attributes in terms of infrastructure found at a bigger firm.
• Exposure: Through a series of weekly lunches, our summer associates meet with the head of each industry and product group, as well as senior management.
